This is a great place for Halloween costumes as well as funky old coats. The clothes are sold by the pound. You can find cool vintage T shirts for only a couple dollars. This place is pretty picked through, but sometimes you can score a real gem. Frightening selection of tragic 80s attire. Everything's sold by the pound, so it's easy on your wallet.
