The Belmont Army Surplus store is always a fun place to check out if you're looking for funky punky clothes. It's a huge store with both men's and women's clothes. Their shoe selection is awesome and very unique, but lately it's been expensive.
It's right next to the Belmont El stop if you take the train. And there are other really neat shops around there as well.
