Dreading the norm?

Hair Police is a great place to go if you want extensions or dreads put in. I got my hair cut there, and it was just alright, but I can see why people go there for other hair jobs, including funky hair colors. It's trendy in the Uptown way (if you're from the area, you know what I'm talking about). The environment is very punk, alternative, so if that's the kind of hip your looking for, check it out.
