Runner's Roost is located on the Post Road in Darien. The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable. The store caters to diehard runners and beginners alike. While you may find that their prices are a bit higher than one of the big sporting goods stores, I think you'll see that its definitely worth it. After all, how much do you value getting fitted for a proper running shoe to help ensure you're not doing real damage to your body, resulting in unnecessary injuries?

Dr Michael Stein, Stein Dental Group in Stamford, is a great dentist. His office is friendly and welcoming, and as his slogan goes, 'We Cater to Cowards!" He really does have a terrific attitude and is very friendly. His office has some fun games for kids, and there are televisions in each of the rooms so you can at least be a little distracted while your mouth is being worked on. Highly recommended.
