After just one visit, I am very pleased to have found the juiciest, tastiest, and properly textured slow smoked pork spareribs in San Francisco!! When it tastes great without the sauce, with the smoke flavor and dry rub, with a good meaty texture, not falling off the bone, then you know it's right. Very friendly customer service from both Cliff and the cook. Excellent mustard greens and beans side dishes. It all totally beats Big Nate's and Brother-In-Laws hands down.
