I needed to book a plane and hotel reservation for a trip to hawaii. I went to Cross Bay travel and they were very helpful. They booked me in a lovely hotel and got me a great deal on airfare. They even called up a week before my trip to remind me to pick up my schedule from them. After I returned from Hawaii they called to see how my trip went.
