This Saturday I called in to Beaverton Toyota to check on the availability of a vehicle luckily for me they had quite a bit of them, but I only wanted it in black or silver. Decided to go in and I soon as I walked in Mo J. greeted me, very nice guy, he greeted me and didn’t really interrogate me but asked questions about what I really wanted in a truck and what was most important.
Mo showed me 110% real customer service. He listened to everything I wanted for the price that was right for me.. not the vehicle that was going to benefit him the most. After test driving a couple of 4 runners and highlanders I fell in love with the 2009 Highlander Hybrid. He knew so much about this truck I felt he had it all programmed in his head. Mo made me feel very comfortable about my purchase. I was there for about 2 hours before I really started my paperwork and he was very patient with me, I couldn’t make a decision. Everyone in the entire building was just so nice I couldn’t help but to be in a good mood, obviously now with my new truck I’m ecstatic but I’m most pleased with the treatment that was dedicated to me. This dealership rises above all.
