This store as it all!!! Lots of music, movies, and posters which will keep you amused for a while. They sell a lot of used CDs, which are a great value. Their used DVD/new DVD prices are quite overpriced compared to stores such as Target and Amazon. But they do have a lot of movie and music posters all around. Some are offensive, and some are just perfect. You can't really find the posters they carry anywhere else other than the Internet.

This is by far the best breakfast place I have found since I moved to San Diego. The food is great! I always order an omelet that has avocado in it, and the avocado they use is so fresh and they definitely do not skimp on the amount of avocado they use. They have the friendliest staff around that are always bright and alert as opposed to the waitresses at the chain breakfast places. They have early bird specials, but I don't really know anything about those since I'm usually asleep still. They are pricier than the breakfast food chains, but at least the quality is far superior. They also serve a delicious lunch menu.

I have had some good experiences, and some poor experiences with the medical group at sharp grossmont. They have a very friendly staff, however they do not take the time to follow up with both the patient and the insurance company. My most recent encountered involved a prescription that my insurance company doesn't cover. One of the doctors contacted me to let me know that everything has been fixed and that my medication would be at the pharmacy. Well, it wasn't and I just gave up since it appeared that they didn't seem to care. Two months later they claimed they sent it over, but the pharmacist I dealt with searched everywhere. Long story short, I finally got the meds after a nasty message left on his voice mail service. I was also hospitalized for a few days and needed to set up a follow up appointment. My doctor said she wanted to see me after two weeks. Well, they weren't really willing to work with my work schedule and I had to wait six weeks for a follow up appointment. The nurse practitioner I have seen a few times is great. I wish I didn't need to be in an HMO type medical group, but at least its something.

This tattoo parlor by far was the best one I previewed, and then later got, my tattoo from. The staff was friendly, and my tat artist did a great job in every aspect of the tattoo. He spent a lot of time designing it and working on it. It took three sessions, and even though that was three painful sessions, I never felt uncomfortable and was thrilled with the results. Its worth the time and the money that went into my tat, because it came out much nicer than I would have imagined. If you're thinking about getting your first tattoo as well as adding on to existing ones, I would recommend going to the ink spot.

I went to urgent care as I have no faith in my doctors right now. The wait was very short, and I was in and out of there in no more than two hours (which is a lot better than sitting in the ER for four hours). I only dealt with professionals who seemed to really care about making sure I got better. The one downside was the billing. I received a bill, which I mailed at the end of August. About a month later I decided to contact the billing department as the check had not cleared. They informed me, a month later, that I only owed $5 instead of $150. Not only that, they stated they never received my check. But overall the urgent care is a good option for me if I can't get in touch with or trust my doctors at that time.

Happy Chef used to be one of my favorite places to for breakfast or lunch. Before they used to have a friendly staff that would take the time to talk to all the patrons. Even if you had a special request, they would take care of you. They also made sure that your meal was correct. Now, the staff is rude and they even leave out part of your meal. For example, my boyfriend ordered a sandwich, which includes fries. Not only did they leave out the fries, but couldn't understand why he was upset when he called in to complain. It almost wasn't worth the effort dealing with management. This was the third time something like this had happen to either one of us, and at this point its not even worth giving the benefit of the doubt to anymore.

I have been going to Lovebirds for over 10 years, and I have yet to be disappointed. Their bread is the best around, as is their produce. They have two locations, one in Pasadena on Colorado Blvd and another location in Alhambra on First Ave. The best sandwich in my opinion is the red and green combo on sourdough bread. All their sandwiches are huge and filling, even a half sandwich will fill you up. They also have a great assortment of pastries, and their cookies are to die for. I always pick one or two cookies when I'm in town. Their prices have increased over the years, but the quality is always great.
