I can't wait till the baby panda goes on display! this is a really great zoo for adults and for children. It is a lot of walking, but is definately worth the walk since you can't see it all on the trams. The exhibits are really nice, and the park is always super clean. Even though some animals that you want to see can be off exhibit at times, it is still a great place to just go and walk around. I have season passes, and love to go and just walk around and do some people, and animal watching. the food services are very overpriced, but I think its better pricing than the LA zoo.

I love going on a jog through mission trails park. Its a beautiful park. I have been through there when there a lot of people, and when no one has been in the park...I wouldn't recommend that as I felt like a CSI episode waiting to happen. I always stay on the main path unless I am with other people as I don't want to go through the woods alone. The dam is also a great place to go to relax after a long walk/run/bike ride.

Nine times out of ten my car comes out perfect when I go here. Sometimes, it can take a while, especially during the early afternoon. It can also take a while for your car to be dried once it is washed. There have been times that some spots have been missed causing water streaks (but being a girl I don't flip out over them). They do a great job of cleaning the inside of my car and the air freshener is never too strong.

I used to stay at the beach and tennis club when I was younger as my grandmother had friends with an apartment there. It was a very nice place to stay. It was a safe environment and a nice area to swim in the ocean and the pool. I was almost stung by a stingray when I went in the water, but little did I know those are around everyone. We would go shopping through La Jolla and walk downtown. Now that I live in San Diego I haven't been back to visit, but I just remember it being a really nice place that is really hard to get into as you have to sit on the waiting list for like 25+ years before being considered to be admitted.

This is by far one of the nicest hotels I've been to in San Diego. The rooms are great, and the cocktails they have are great. They have a huge martini menu (my favorite...the mimosa martini) as well as great food. Its fun to walk around exploring, as well as a romantic place to take your date for a walk on the beach or to sit and talk while listening to the waves crashing. Parking is somewhat of a pain, but its worth it when you walk around and are able to see the crown room all lite up.

I'm not an UCLA fan, but I've been to many Rose Bowl games on January first, as well as the last national championship and the upcoming one this January. I always have the best time ever at the events there. The staff is great and I have never had any problems getting through security or dealing with security while tailgating. Its a huge place, but at the same time seems so small as you're guaranteed to run into someone you know. I also learned how to drive stick shift in the parking lot, as well as played soccer games on the outside lawn. There is also a great aquatic center, and I've seen a lot of people going for hikes or runs around the area. Great times had by all anytime you go to view a football game!

When you think you've seen it all, go check out the rose bowl flea market and you'll be in for a real treat. This is one of the best places to spend a day...even if you do not buy anything! Lots of vendors, which leads to lots of shopping. Even though some vendors are overpriced, and some are justified, others are very fair and have a great assortment of stuff that you have to buy even though you have no need for it. Great place for the entire family!

This was the first time that I have ever purchased a car. While I was able to get a great deal on a new car, the salesman I had could have been the rudest person I know. I do realize that most car dealers are rude, but this guy basically laughed in my face and my boyfriends face when we said what we wanted to pay for the car. I didn't need financing, but going through the financing department was horrible as well. They were rather rude to me since I wasn't going to finance through them and didn't understand why I would go with a loan company with a better interest rate then them. They had a great selection of used cars, and my car was in great shape, but I really wouldn't recommend them to anyone...especially the used Toyota lot where they are super rude.

I recently went to this bowling ally for a work party, and we had a blast. We had lots of time and lots of lanes to play on. It was a great time. The only compaint I have is that the bowling ally is rather dingy. I know, its a bowling alley, but I've been to a few different ones that were much cleaner than this one. The drinks were also rather overpriced. It was hard to find as it is tucked behind a Kmart.

If you're ever in Pasadena and looking for some books to read, I would recommend going here over any of the chain bookstores in the area. They have a wide variety of books, and will have staff recommendations throughout the store. I have spent hours there going through all the different rows, and spent hundreds of dollars on books I'm still trying to get around to reading. I would always browse their stationary sections as well.
