I've gone to cal copy many time to get course printouts and the quality was always great. The prices were much more reasonable than Montezuma press or kb books. they always have what you need right...
I've gone to cal copy many time to get course printouts and the quality was always great. The prices were much more reasonable than Montezuma press or kb books. they always have what you need right away. the lines are rather long the first few days of the semester, but after that you'll never have a problem getting what you need in a timely manner.

I really like the fresh produce and great cuts of meat that windmill farms provides. They also have a great selection of some thing you won't find in a regular market, like heath products. However, this definitely shouldn't be where you do your main shopping. It is a little price for the staples, so I would recommend going to windmill when you need something extra special for an event as you will not be disappointed.

Main Street Attractions is run by the Pasadena chapter of National Charity League. As part of a requirement, all members must donate clothing to the store. This means that a lot of high end designer clothes make the shelves. They do have the typical second hand store items (lamps, books, kid's clothes etc) but if you're really into fashion and you start digging, you can come up with all sorts of designer pieces. parking is horrible, and its right next to a beauty school, so you could always pick up some new clothes and then cruise on into the beauty school for a new do.

the roller coaster really doesn't do it for me, plus it is expensive to ride. The shops in the area are okay, but still overpriced due to the tourist trap aspect to the area. Good luck finding any...

Good luck finding any parking near by due to the crowed at the beach and the other shops/restaurants in the area. If you're not from SD I could see how this could be amusing.

I love buffalo exchange....but you have to really search for the good deals. Some of the "designer" pieces are more expensive than they should be, but then again, you shouldn't be too picky about...

Some of the "designer" pieces are more expensive than they should be, but then again, you shouldn't be too picky about the price since its so cheap. The sales staff isn't has helpful as they could, but it always seems busy so I won't judge them too harshly on that factor.

Its basically the same kind of tanning salon as all the others, but you seem to receive more personal attention from the staff. The staff seems to always know your name and will carry on a conversation with you asking about your life (in a non intrusive nature). The place is very clean, and I always trust that the beds are clean.

However, I got the feeling that they didn't have time to deal with me so I went with another place on PB. I have heard many good things about this place so you should probably check it out.

The Huntington library and gardens is one of the most beautiful museums I have ever been to. It is the home of Henry Huntington, who I believe made a lot of money in the railroads. This place is home to Pinky and Blue Boy, as well as many other paintings. The gardens are gorgeous. My personal favorite is the Japanese garden with a gong and all (legend has is high school kids a many have been able to scale the walls to ring the gong in the middle of the night...and I believe they have come out alive). It is a relaxing place to visit, and if you're into really relaxing check out where Huntington and his wife are entombed for eternity.

I wasn't too impressed with the whole "night bowling" at this ally. They also seem to lack the availability of some sizes/weights of the bowling balls. At one point, all I could find were the super heavy balls when I need lighter ones since i'm not as hard core. But I was with a group of friends that made the night better. This is one of the cleaner alleys that I have bowled in however. Unsure what the beer prices were since I didn't need any more at that point.
