After trying out all of the restaurants in my area, I have found that Bertucci's is simply the best when it comes to pizza. The brick oven makes their crust taste like nothing else anyone else can duplicate in an ordinary oven.
Even if you don't order their pizza (which I highly recommend) their rolls are also baked in the oven for that awesome taste. Not to mention that they are served with fine olive oil with herbs as a dipping sauce. Prices are high, but well worth it for the quality.
