Thorough and prompt

This is my first experience with professional house cleaners, so my frame of reference is somewhat limited. John and Roxanne have cleaned our house 5 times now, and each time they have done all of the things i have asked, thoroughly and within their 2.5 hour timeslot. I love that they bring all of their own supplies, and the house always smells clean, but not like ammonia or pine sol. The two of them get a lot done while they are here.
