When an old roommate of mine moved downtown, she ended up right next to the Princess Pub. The people and atmosphere are authentic for its theme. I met her there one night for a late dinner and discovered the greatest bratwurst with spicy mustard that clears sinus cavities I didn't know I had. It was an interesting type of spicy, with each bite reaching from my nose to the top and back of my head. I loved it! I can guarantee I will be back there again soon.
