You can waste your time trying to find the best ribs in town or you can take my advice and pick up a slab of spare ribs from Bekker's. Planning a Hawaiian theme, look into there whole pig, nothing like fresh pork that was pit roasted overnight. Many may remember the days of all you can eat ribs; those days are in the past. Bekker's will still take orders of pickup or delivery if you don’t have a party to throw. Fair priced, great caterer, be sure to use them for you next company picnic.
