A budget hair cut

If you go to any Fantastic Sam's with the mindset that you are getting a budget haircut and not a boutique haircut you won't be disappointed. They often have coupons available and they are a franchise chain so most of the stores are consistent. They make their money on commission selling overpriced Fantastic Sam's products (manufactured for them by Tigi and Joico). Don't get me wrong some of the stylists are excellent, but as a whole the kind of hair cut and style you receive is just average.
