Probably the most authentic Thai food to be had in the metro DC area is at Thai Kingdom. It has reasonable prices and fantastic food. The service is great and the food comes out quickly - something that's very nice when meeting for a business lunch. The menu is quite expansive, with lots of appetizer and entree options. Reservations are not needed as the seating is quite large.
