Great Peruvian Cuisine

I just found out (by word of mouth) about this place last year. I had never sampled Peruvian food before but once I tried it I was hooked on this delicious and spicy cuisine! They serve a variety of dishes - seafood, beef, chicken, vegetarian and offer catering, take out, and delivery services. Prices are reasonable at about $6 - 10 a plate. Every time I have visited, the staff is very friendly and nice.
I've samples many dishes including Arroz con Mariscos and Picante de Pollo but I recommend the Jalea (good for two people or in my case, one :P) - a blend of lightly breaded shrimp, fresh cod fillet, and calamari which is pan fried and served with a marinated topping of onions and tomatos.
Definitely a required stop if you are around the Irvine area!
