Dan seems to be the main guy there: either he is the owner or he is one of the seniors. He picks up the phone constantly (read: during haircut session!!) and takes more than 1 hour to finish. Not that he is a perfectionist, but he just does things slowly. His salon is decent though, and I must admit that at $20, it is affordable enough without raising our expectations too much.
The staff is mostly knowledgeable, and some of them are better stylists than Dan. Just don't tell him that.
