Our a/c went out on our Lincoln and being new to the area, we didn't know who to trust with our car (didn't want to get ripped off). We decided to go to the dealership, something we swore we would never do due to the prices, but took our suv into Dave Sinclair's repair shop at his dealership. Our car was ready the same day-in less than 3 hours, and the cost to fix it was quite reasonable. They listened to our concerns with the vehicle and took notes. We have not ahad a problem since. The staff was nice and accomodating.
