They took a necklace and fixed it, but it ended up breaking again, soon after they had fixed it. They even said it was going to break again. So, who knows. I'm sure they did everything they could to fix it. It came from out of country, so they have different quality of gold. While i was there, i also took a look at their selection. They have a lot of nice items.
