O'Shine Cafe is a cafe that shines above all else. Its location is perfect among the Asian community of stores in Irvine. The food is good and authentic in a way Chinese Cafes are supposed to be. The flavors are strong. My recommendation is the beef stew. Their poignant flavor intensifies the meal. They have a nice combination plates as well.
