Thorough & professional vets -- you feel like there's no other place where your (in my case) dog could get better care. The little things are great too -- from post-op follow up (even on weekends) to reminders about future visits at the bottom of every bill. A bit more expensive... but overall a great value for peace of mind with my pet.
