Top Design Fashion is somewhat like a Pearl River Mart, but just not as trendy and organized. It features mainly Asian novelties such as cute bags, change purses, shoes, slippers, and clothing. They sell the traditional long Asian dresses or 2 piece set dresses. Prices may be slightly cheaper, but it may be harder to locate items. If you are interested in Asian Novelties this store is another good find in SoHo.
