Wear loose clothing! As the title says, this is not your typical buffet as everything is prepared fresh at various "stations" throughout the restaurant. As you enter, the host/hostess will ask if you've been there before. If you've not been you instantly get a tour of the stations and an explanation of what Cinzetti's has to offer. There's everything from fresh salads, to pasta, to pizza, to eggplant parmigiana. And you definitely have to check out the dessert station! WOW!
