The Waterfront Center has so much to offer! It is a non profit facility connected to the NYS Dept of Environmental Conservation. It offers sailing school programs for both children and adults, safety courses, after school programs, sailing camp, Kayak programs, sailboat races and racing clinics, and is the home of the Sagamore Rowing Association, where teams of rowers glide across the water - something to see!
Equally important is the Christeen, a volunteer-restored former oyster sloop which you can catch a ride on or participate in one of it's 'classrooms without walls' educational programs. The center is available for school field trips and scouting activities.
