St. Mary Cathedral has become one of San Francisco's landmarks. It stands tall in the middle of the city for everyone to see. When important figures in the church come to visit, they always hold masses there. The church is beautifully built, emphasizing the cross from all directions. It is just as beautiful on the inside.
