I wondered if Regency Square was going to be able to stay alive after the two new upscale malls came to Richmond. Regency lost The Gap and Gap Kids. They have added some interesting stores, like a creative ceramic store and a massage place. They completely redid the food court. It is much more open and airy now. There is a new toddler play area that seems to be a big hit.
