Highland Springs considers themselves fine dining, but im not sure that this restaurant can fall under this category. The food is good, but a lot of it is overpriced only because they are trying to be fine dining. The atmosphere is nice and the service is nice, but the selection of the menu doesn't seem to be up to par. If they are going to charge as much as they do for their entrees, then they should make the selection of food more exotic. Their lunch menu is pretty good, however. And the lunch menu isn't as expensive.
