good seafood, upscale atmosphere, great sunset views

This restaurant reminded me of Brasa a bit, not just because it participates in the 25 for 25 program (25 restaurants offering 3-course meals from $25 Sun-Thur for the month of March 2006), but also by the level of service, type of menu, and prices (most dinner courses around $28, though the lobster leg is $45). However, the food was great, but not as outstanding as Brasa, the menu is more geared towards fish (as suggested by the restaurant name), and the Third Floor Fish Cafe has a view that Brasa does not. On a clear day, you'd get a kick-ass view of the sunset of the Olympics. Overall, I recommend it pretty highly, for a date, special occasion or business dining.
