For the ladies who like a more modern and less mainstream look, this is the place to fulfill all your jewelry needs. House of Jewels has a moderate size collection of ecclectic precious stones, gold, and silver jewelry. The prices are not unreasonable and the sales staff were very attentive to the all the customers. They had a really impressive precious stone collection and their silver pieces were truly one of a kind. We ended up buying a little more than we should have, but the selection is outstanding. I highly recommend this jewelry store if you're looking for fun and charismatic jewelry and female accessories.

This is a nice jewelry store with surprisingly reasonable prices despite it's location. They have a respectable collection of gold, precious stones, silver, and platinum jewelry that will bring a smile to many a woman's heart. I was most impressed with their precious stone collection, which included topaz, ruby, sapphire, and onyx. The sales clerks let me browse around on my own before approaching me to get out and display the items of my interest. Overall, I give this place an enthusiastic recommendation for selection, pricing, and congenial and attentive sales personnel.

This is a nice establishment with a pretty large selection of designer jewelry. There are several stones of interest all with multiple styles and variations. We have bought several topaz and rubies at really affordable prices. The sales clerks have been professional and take a hands off approach initially to let you browse around unlike hawking over you at other places. They also have a great collection of gold chains and bands. Overall, I give this store a good recommendation for variety of selection, reasonable pricing, and helpful and not in-your-face sales staff.

You wouldn't expect anything less for a surf shop in Carlsbad, California. These guys live up to the standard with a large selection of quality boards at pretty reasonable prices. They have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and they can help you find the right board whether you're only a beginner or Laird Hamilton. I myself am only a beginner but found my experience there very satisfying and am quiet pleased with the board I purchased there. Overall, I would highly recommend this surf shop for the quality of their merchandise, reasonable pricing, and professional sales staff.

I found their knife collection to be well stocked, if not a little over priced. The sales staff were very helpful. The prices are pretty reasonable, and as usual you'll find the clearance items in the back of the store where you may find bargain deals on sporting apparel. They do have a pretty broad selection of nikes, reebok, asics, new balance, adidas, puma, fila, etc. They also offer a pretty sizable line of fashionable running clothes for men, women, and children; although, again, the prices are not bargains by any means. The sales staff are pretty attentive and are not in your face like some other places. Overall, this is a decent running supply store with a pretty good selection of running shoes at decent, but not cheap, prices.
