ALL of the complaints are valid and well documented and Handley even admitted to some. He is making false statements when he says all the complaints are unjustified and were denied by different agencies. The Attorney Fee Arbitration Committee determined that there were inappropriate charges and reduced my fee by $1700. These were for 1) misleading me as to whether it was mandatory for him to be present at mediation, 2) for going back on his promise to work with me to reimburse me for an error he made in court (he even had it in writing and still refused to reimburse me until forced to do so by the Committee), and for charging me interest while our case was continuing and our billing dispute was ongoing. This is only the tip of the iceberg of all he did to mess up my case and treat me poorly as a client. It seems unethical and pathetic to me that he is giving himself 5 stars now on many review sites and having his friends give him good reviews now to cover up his poor ones.
