when my husband ordered me flowers this year, I was disappointed. Not only were the flowers that were delivered not fresh but the petals had holes in them as well the card was and did have the message he had requested. Carriage Flowers replaced the flowers but I had to drive them back as they were too busy to deal with my complaint. While they did have lovely arrangements in the store, I would recommend that you pick up your flowers in person should you order from them so you know what you're getting.
