The owner is a wonderful individual who truly wants her clients to be happy when they leave. She listens to what you want and gives suggestions. I have gone in and just told her to give me what will look good, and have never been dissatisfied. Most of her clients are via appointments, but she will occassionally fit someone in if time permits.
