Good: Nothing.. Bad: Protect Yourself, Read my Review and Go Somewhere else, PLEASE!? - ? - Today
This was the worst experience I have EVER had in an ER. Not only was it a complete waste of time, but I got so badly abused that I am not even sure what I ought to do, but I am thinking of suing them. I think I can make a lot of money for harassment that the staff inflicted on me. Right now, I am trying to process all of it b/c it all just happened. I am in shock, really in shock about it.
I just called the Nurse Manager to tel. Improvements: The entire staff need to be fired and a new staff brought on.. Other: So, after a horrible two hour waiting period AFTER this, and getting painfully stuck in the arm with no lidocaine for an enormous amout of blood, (I was told by one of the bitchy and heartless nurses when I asked that they do not do lidocaine there and when I explained that I had had an E Coli infection two months earlier and had been routinely given Lidocaine, she said, "Well this is not Swedish, this is Northwest" (Which was synonymous with "This is not a nice place, this is hell.)
