The will give you free estimates before doing the work, so at least you can price compare before comitting to them. We have been satisfied with their work and will continue to use them.

HPC also has their own on-staff maintenance company which is available to the owners for use on their properties. They also do leasing for their owners and will take care of finding the applicants and processing the applicants so the owner doesn't have to mess with the hassle. They will handle everything and send the owner monthly reports with their checks explaining all expenses incurred in the month. Give them a call !

We have been using John Wrigley for over a decade at work and just love him! He and his workers are always friendly and quick to get out to the AC calls we have with out tenants. John always gets the job done - especially in the killer Texas heat in summer. He is reasonably priced and we all use him on our personal homes, as well. He is one of the few technicians who isn't just trying to get you to buy a new AC unit - he will fix it and get it working and not try to sell you something you don't need.

They at located and Mo-Pac and Steck - easy access. They do the 940 payroll forms for you , as well. They do bookkeeping and payroll for all sizes of companies - we are just 7 employees , ourselves. The staff is friendly and helpful when we have questions and they always get the payroll done even when we only give them 2hrs notice !

We buy our used toners from TP for our business. They will deliver and pick up old toners - no need to leave the office !! They usually have a wide selection on remanufactured toners and also remanufactured ink jet cartridges. If they don't have the product, they will try to find it for you and get it to you in a day or two, if possible. They have the best prices on their products. We recommend them alot because we like to recycle rather than buying new and throwing out the old cartridges. They are located in Austin off North Lamar - so central to everyone, just about.
