I have been there in probably 2 years, but have a very nice memory of going there. I'd always go with this pair of friends and we had a great time. The food was good, the service was great, we really liked it. After doing this review, I think I might have to go, because it is such a good memory!

Maggiano's serves family style. This means you order a few pastas, a salad, a couple of main dishes and then everyone at the table passes them around and you get to try a bit of everything. And, as you empty the plates, they'll bring out more. Of course, you probably won't, they have huge portions and you eat a lot while you are there. Great for a family night out.

I like the AMC River East 21 mostly for the 21 screens and all the choices you have to see a movie. I dislike it because of the $9.75 ticket price and that it put out of business the old McClurg theater. But, it has stadium seating and very comfortable seats and is very clean. I've seen several movies here and have enjoyed every experience.

My favorite is the sante fe bagel-spicy sausage and salsa and egg, and then I choose to put it on a cinnamon raisin bagel-its quite the flavor fiesta. They also have expensive fresh squeezed orange juice that is oh so good. It takes a bit for them to make the sandwich, but it's worth it.

Have you been out all night drinking at the Cubby Bear and now you have the munchies? You're in luck-right next door is Taco Bell. I've gone through the drive-thru several times and have had no trouble, although they are a bit slow. Delivers the same quality food as other Taco Bells.

This is a carryout or delivery location. To save some doh (well-before gas prices got so high), I would go pick up the pizza. This is not an easy location to park in-in fact probably impossible, I always put my four ways on and park kind of in their delivery guy's spot next to the place and run in and out. I've ordered from here using the pizza hut website and it worked great. The pizza is always good.

Clarke's has everything and is open 24 hours. Located on Belmont, in the heart of things, near the Brew and View and the el. Everything is reasonably priced, the service is good, the place is clean and well-lit. I would certainly go back and recommend it to others, but do not make a point to take out-of-towners here.

I am dating a sushi lover. I don't like sushi. Whenever we do go to a sushi restaurant, I try to find something else, most of the time they have chicken teriyaki, which I love. We ordered takeout from Shiroi Hana. I can't speak about the sushi, but just the appearance of the chicken teriyaki grossed me out. It looked very slimy. I ate some of it since we bought it, but the next day threw away the left overs and we will not go back. So-for the non-sushi eaters...this is not a good choice.
