Great egg custards!

Egg Custard King Café is a new Hong Kong style bakery and restaurant that recently opened in Manhattan’s Chinatown. The restaurant is constantly busy with customers waiting in line to buy the fresh, out of the oven egg custards or patrons eating in the sit down area of the restaurant. Egg custards are the specialty of the bakery and they are delicious! They have several types of egg custards that include egg yolk, egg white, strawberry, honeydew melon, and almond. The crusts are flaky and buttery and the custards are smooth and light as air.
