I once rented a violin here for one year for about $130. During that year, there were so many countless problems with the violin and bow. I purchased insurance, but it did not cover when the bow broke. I also know a lot of people who have bought instruments there and had many problems with them. About 2 years after I returned the instrument, they sent me a letter with a hefty late fee, claiming that I have not returned the instrument yet and threaten to sue me. I gave them a call and I talked to them as nicely as I could, but they weren't so friendly with me. They insisted that there was no mistake and their computer was "gold". After being on and off the phone for the morning and afternoon, I told them to look for the violin in the warehouse and there, they found it. more
