Orbitz sucks!!

I've been dealing with Orbitz for boss' business trips. For some reason, she favors Orbitz. Because her schedule is constantly changing, i have to deal with changing her tickets with Orbitz. They have HORRIBLE customer services. i finally got connected after putting on hold for an hour and half for their international travel department, then, the guy asked me to call back because i complained not able to hear him clearly. He was mumbling!!!
