I've been dealing with Orbitz for boss' business trips. For some reason, she favors Orbitz. Because her schedule is constantly changing, i have to deal with changing her tickets with Orbitz. They have HORRIBLE customer services. i finally got connected after putting on hold for an hour and half for their international travel department, then, the guy asked me to call back because i complained not able to hear him clearly. He was mumbling!!!

I love this grocery market. Although i don't live in the area, i make my trip to there every couple weeks. It's quite small, but has fresh produces, meat, wines and cooked food. They are reasonably priced. did i mention they have good selection of chocolates and sorbet..hmm, yummy!

I went there couple time. We ordered from their dessert menu for the first time. Each plate comes with three different tiny beautiful desserts. However, the taste was average. i was quite disappointed! I heard they change their dessert menu quite often. I just checked their website today, looks like they have a new dessert menu again.
The second time i went there, we decided to try something different. We order a piece of bread pudding, the waitress suggested to warm it up and add a scoop of house-made vanilla ice cream.. that's was soooooo good. i also tried another piece of cake from the counter, that was declicous as well.
I would definitely recommend Citizen Cake for casual/romantic night after dinner, or girls night out.
can't wait to go back to try their new dessert menu!

It's located in my old neighborhood where it doesn't have a lot bars around. This is not a good place for bar hopping, but a great place for a romantic meal or drinks with good friends while listening live music. It recently changed its menu, and added sushi menu. I heard they are preparing a happy hour menu. I've tried rock shrimp and tuna tartare thingie (small plates) and rod cod (entree). They were beautifully presented, although VERY small portioned, yet very tasty. Two words:Soooooo yummy!! I had flourless chocolate cake. It's soft, tasty. it's perfect!

It's a tiny place has couple tables and 7-8 seats by the counter. It's like walking into a mama papa shop in France. I loved to sit at the counter watching the chefs turns simple ingredients into a delicious meal. I went there for lunch during a sunny day. We had Protcuitto and brie crepe, it's not as good as i expected. Shrimp quesadillas turns out to be quite flavorful. I heard Chez maman is famous for their burgers, but since i'm no beef lover, no comments in that area. Unlike its sister restaurant Chez Papa, I have mixed feeling about Chez Maman. It didn't make it to my favorite restaurants' list when there's quite a few similar restaurants like chez maman in san francisco. But, it's definitely a nice lunch place to go during a sunny day. They also have couple of outdoor seatings.

The appetizer sampler comes with a little bit everything on the appetizer menu, duck sausage is pretty unique, it's good to try. papaya salad is one of the best in town. Had the mango soup thingie on the dessert, it was pretty good. the best part is, after dinner, you should order a drink from the bar upstairs. I think this place host parties after 10pm.
