A smaller Zoo to enjoy the wildlife

The Cougar Mountain Zoo is perfect for a 1/2 day trip with your family. The Zoo specializes in cougars, reindeer and exotic birds. Although small, you can get up close to the animal exhibits and really see the animals. Some animals can even be hand fed fruits available for a small charge.
The Zoo has a special Santa's Workshop during the holiday season with the many reindeer that call it home. Be sure to go early in the season, as it does get busy.
Bring your camera and be sure to check out the times of the lectures by the zoo staff- it'll give you some great information to make your visit complete.
