This place is mainly design for men. It offers, among other classes, a Boxing conditioning classes, that teaches you how to box and exercise your body correctly. It is a hard exercise and its design not only for beginners but also for people who have boxing licensed. Big strong guys come in and out of this place often. This place has a ring and boxing arena for those who want to have a go at eachother. The coach is good and is patient with the new people.

One of the reason I really like Gold's Gym is that they always have such great deals on their membership. The people are reall nice and the place is mostly male oriented, but there is some good machines and classes for women. I really enjoy the trial and there is no high pressure sales pitches at all. The shower is clean and since it is so new still, everything is still really new looking. Everything is a bit cram in to the place, but when it's not busy, it's a wonderful place to relax and do a quick workout.

I got a little tour of this cute little gym made for those tiny little people. They have little cubbies to put their clothes in and a little cute obstacle course for all their exercise. Everything is well cusion and very soft. There is a lot of workers around to ensure that the kids don't hurt themselves. It's also great because they have these exercise classes design for the little kids! Super place and among the most unique places I've been.

There nice and friendly and give you space and time to relax. I had waxing done while I was here and it wasn't as painful as I thought it would be. They rub and cream you until your skin glows!

I was very pampered here! I got a gift card to come here for my birthday last year, and I gotta tell you this is among one of the nicest spa around here. It's pretty big with a sale room and in the back, you get the treatment. There is this big t.v. up front, showing what they offered there, and they offered tons of variety of spas, with hot rock messages and special techniques that I've never seen else where! This is among the bigger spas in this area. Beautifully presented, with lots of the lotions and cream on sale up front.

This is a fun place to go because not only are they always giving away fun little gifts and prizes to all the people who go to the racetrack, but it's also really fun to watch the horses run and race, it is such a different expereience. The people are pretty nice and welcoming and I really enjoy doing a little betting on site to enjoy the game. It's actually a really clean and neat place, considering it's a race course, and I really like the people there. The announcer is fun and entertaining and the prices are really reasonable.

They have wonderful big rolls of speciltie stuff. The dragon is huge and their giant roll is super big! I personally love the cherryblossom roll there! Very good food, and lovely service (although they are ocassionaly slow).
