lots of flight in CA

I think Southwest customer service is actually very good. They are willing to compromise without charging you an arm and a leg. The only downside is that the airport itself, is kind of badly managed, anyone can get on, so it's a fair system, but the seats aren't very good, none of them have very good leg room or space, but there is a lot of flight choices, time, and location in california. I love that the people are good and the prices aren't very high. Overall, it's good, but the seating can be cramp for tall people and in long flight, I recommend going somewhere else.
