Lee's Chinese Restaurant in Texarkana, TX is by far the best Chinese food in TX. My personal favorites are the Sizzling Rice Soup and the Shrimp with lobster sauce. I have never had a bad meal at Lee's. The service is prompt and take-out is alway correct. Lee's Chinese Restaurant will not disappoint.
