Santa Fe Catering Company owns a house on the corner of Hacienda and Ricardo, where they host events for clients. There is a large room with a fountain on the wall in the back of the house, which is perfect size for hosting about 100 people. They also have a good sized fenced in backyard, with a side entrance for convenience, where parties can also be held. During nicer weather, you can utilize both the indoor and outdoor portion of the facilities. I don't believe they ever book more than one event at the facility at one time.
Santa Fe will provide catering for your event. And if you need flower arrangements or other decorations, they can help you with that, too. They have been in business for a very long time, and I've been to a few events there -- all of which have been very nice.
Parking is pretty good. They don't have a formal parking lot, but they are right across the street from the back side of an elementary school. So, during the summer, or on weekends, nobody is at the school, leaving a long stretch of sidewalk along the back fence free for guest parking.
