In high school, I used to go to Shear Illusions to have my haircut all the time. I was always very happy with the quality of my cut, AND the price. Booths are rented out to stylists, who may charge varying prices. But you won't get ripped off here. The stylists I had met all seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. I don't have my hair cut there anymore (I have another stylist closer to where I work). But my mother still goes there, and they always do a great job on her hair.
