El Tacos Norte in Mundelein is so much better than the one in Gurnee. Gurnee's branch is much bigger and looks nice, but the food is terrible. It is nothing like authentic Mexican food. Mundelein's branch is a little hole in the wall. Only a couple of tables, but actually like a real taquarita. The food is much better than Gurnee's. It's not great and there are much better taco shops, but it's also not bad and the price is great. The horchata is really good - spicier than most places.
