Schatz & Krum is a great shop which is very trustworthy and dependable. I have used them several times and they work they do is flawless and done right the first time.
The staff is very friendly and are great communicators considering there are so many shops out there that will try and take advantage of people expecially drivers of European vehicles since they have always been known to be expensive to maintain. But I have used these guys for years and I know I can trust them and they will not try and rip me off.
The cool thing is that the owner himself works on car's and treats each car like his own and he pushes this same ethic onto his other technicians.
Also, it is best to call ahead and make a appointment to avoid having to wait.
