Dorchester is not a nice neighborhood to leave your kids hanging around. Even if it was indoors, it just doesn't work well in this place. A bad place for the kids because it is insecure. It is not good to leave your kids here because crimes are infested around this area. And it leaves a very dangerous place for child abductions. I don't know how else to stress it but that's what happened to a friend I know who lives around this area and sent his kid to Head Start. The staff don't really care for them and almost jeoparodized their lives. So this is really not good.

Maybe it's personal perference but I think this child care is on par with a lot of other places. I didn't think there was anything special for this place. And it was a small staff. That was troubling for me because I would have wanted around the clock attention and care for my kids. Not just a few minutes but a few hours I see them just walking around and not really looking after the kids. Well, I guess they have to take their lunch breaks but I don't. I hope this center rechecks their staff and service. But we will see if they will soon.

Having kids is tough in my family. I have to work full time with no time to look after these guys. So I drop them off in the care of these folks. They provide all the entertainment these little tykes need. They provide great service and really know how to keep the kids occupied while you are working hard to feed your family. And the facility is nice. Has that kiddie feel to it. So you get your money's worth and better than having a nanny to look after the kids. Everyone should give them a call if they have kids.

I know a friend who actually tried his luck with laser correction. First place he went to was Dr. Rabkin and asked about the procedure. He went with it and in a couple of days he saw the vast improvement. So I decided maybe this might be ok for me. So I went to the same place and ask for a pricing. Wow, it was expensive. A little too much for me to pay. Plus the vision is only good for only a couple of years. Afterwards, it requires further surgery. But Dr. Rabkin was nice enough to share the benefit talk with me. Grateful for that.

I have an old BMW that I haven't drove in awhile. So I gave it to my cousin to try it out. Well, what do ya know? Next thing we know, the car dies out and skids into another parked car. And the paint and front rim comes off. So we brought the car (via tow) up to this repair shop and they said it will be done in a few hours. Low and behold, the BMW looked like a beau again coming out from the paintshop with new rims and some repairs to the engine. I was so happy and my cousin happily paid for the damages. But I don't know what else they touched because the car only ran for a couple of months and I think that shouldn't be correct.

I was playing basketball three years ago and I seriously injured my back while performing a twist and roll move to the basket. It left my back muscle, possibly torn. So I went to see a physician who I heard was great with helping people with sports injuries. Boy, were my friends off skew with their recommendation. Mr. Cohen does know what he is talking about but that's where all the good things stop. After going through so much therapy with him, I didn't feel any more better and my back was still in pain. It gradually got better but that was when I started adapting my own training regimen to strengthen my back. So good riddance to him but good advice.

I do a lot of jogging during my off days from work and school. And after jogging, I sometimes have this sharp pain like a needle stuck in your foot sort of pain that just won't go away. So I decided to go see a foot doc and this guy Dr. Curran was fantastic. Helped me with discovering what was wrong with my foot by asking me questions on what I ate or what I was doing before it was injured. A proper foot massage and some treatment cream helped make a difference and now I can run again, pain-free!

After the horrendous experience we had at the Chinese acupuncture ( see related review), we decided to try some place closer to where I was and hopefully, it will help with the neck injury this time. Unfortunately, this time the person holding the needles didn't seem to be knowledgable enough to determine where to stick the points and kept referring to a book. He didn't seem confident and it was scary to see him at work with his profession. Once it was done, my aunt's neck was still twitching. But after a couple of weeks, it healed and that brought relief that at the doctor got the job done even though it was in a unreasonably scary fashion.

My Grandma has been in the care of the South Cove Manor for a couple of years now. They have great nurses who care for the residents there and help them through the difficult time that they are in....
My Grandma has been in the care of the South Cove Manor for a couple of years now. They have great nurses who care for the residents there and help them through the difficult time that they are in. My grandma having suffered a stroke was rehabilitating there. The nurses there were very kind to her. It was just hard to believe that with this kindness, there was also a bad policy where everything must be discussed with them first. So when my Grandma needed surgery done elsewhere, the nurses became unreasonable and stated they wouldn't reserve the place my grandma lived in if she did not return in time. We could reserve it, but it would require extra money. Now my grandma is back there at the manor and everything seems ok again.

When I was a kid, my mom would always take us to this health center for regular visits with our family doctor. The place was great when I was a kid. They usually help the elderly and the young children first who may be ill or in need of medical attention. The work they do is grade A and they take care of what they need to do without you worrying if they are getting the job done. They make you feel comfortable in the facility and you feel as if you were part of the family. I was happy to still keep in touch with one of the family doctors to still work there.
