Mt. Royal Auction and Furniture is located just north of York in Dover, PA. A small showroom with furniture offerings ranging from sofas, chairs, tables, and general living room furniture to bedroom furniture to dining tables and chairs. Very friendly staff to assist you in your furniture purchases! They also offer auction services. Every Friday night they hold estate auctions in their own auction house adjacent to the furniture showroom. Auctions are well run and are rapid pace. When you enter, head over to the snack bar and see the cashier about getting a bidder number. You must provide a valid driver's license and phone number. They take cash, check and credit cards for payment. Get there early for a good seat and take a box to haul home your treasure! Snack bar is available with limited offerings. Facility is older and a bit shabby, but you can get some great bargains!
